There’s a lot going on with government policies, NHS changes, and B12 deficiency research. American Family Physician (a sort-of journal) recently published that high levels of blood serum B12 is bad for you – which is true if your B12 is high without supplements because it’s associated with some diseases that might typically be reduced by high B12, in other words one theory is that the body detects disease and raises the blood B12 itself in order to fight back and give itself the best chance of curing the disease.

What’s your view about the media representation of B12 deficiency?
