Annie has spoken for us before, and we’re delighted that she’s able to come back and speak about a different topic – Vitamin B12 and the co-factors.
In medicine, everything depends on and works with everything else. Vitamin B12 is no exception. B12 deficiency often stops patients from absorbing a whole range of nutrients including other vitamins and vital amino acids, and upsets the balance of bio-active substances in our blood, lymph and cell contents. It often isn’t enough to supplement with only B12 – many people find they need to combine B12 supplements with other nutrients as well to help our bodies get back into balance. But everyone is unique, so what one person needs in the way of supplements might be different from what another person needs, which is why Annie runs clinics up and down UK to help people understand their own needs and restore us to the best help possible.
